What kind of hp #'s am i looking at?

I bought a 01 cummins and it already has some stuff on it and i'm going to put more stuff on it. I'll list all the stuff that it will have when it gets put on the dyno.

5" exhaust
ats ARC flow
Fass 95
HRVP44
Heavy 6 spd tranny (don't know what kind it is, but it was the heaviest tranny he could get for it)
New South bend single disk ceramic clutch (how much hp/tq will this handle?)
K&N stage II intake
Has edge comp box on it right now, but have a Quad Adreniline ordered
Stock turbo and injectors :doh:
(this might not even be everything it has)

What kind of numbers am i looking at? I know the previoius owner had it dyno'd before the HRVP and Edge comp and it made 346

Mine dyno'd 326/708 with the quad adrenaline, intake, stock exhaust straight piped and an old tune in the quad box.

346 with what electronics?

He didn't do 346 on a stock turbo with stock sticks and no electronics.

Your probably in the 350 range. Depending on which southbend it is (do you know if it is the OFE or the FE) you should be fine. The FE has held for many people up to about 500 at the wheels. At that point, I would really consider a dual disk.

I really couldn't tell you wether its the OFE or the FE. All i know is it's a single disk ceramic. I'm wanting to get to 500 hp pretty soon. I have $1400 to do extra stuff. What can i do with that money to get to 500 hp?

I would run a fueling only box like a TST or FMS a set of Mach 4s and a 62/71/14. That will put you over 500 with the HRVP, but $1400 will only cover the turbo.

jammer 5's injector nozzles ($253) look on Ebay, I've bought 3 sets all with good results, find a used HTT 66mm Charger for a $1000-1200 and Bingo you should dyno around 530 -540HP.

On a budget, go with some Jammer 5's, and a 62/71/14 charger from HTT or II we just dynoed a truck last friday nite that made 532hp with these mods

I'm guessing your clutch is feramic aka the FE. Its supposed to be good for 550 hp.

The truck needs a little paint and some dents removed on the tailgate, so the money from the comp's going for that. I've already thought about selling the stock turbo when i get the new one bought. I'd like to have a 62mm silver bullet (if ya got a used one, let me know!!). And i've also got a Savage 22-250 rifle that i've thought about selling.. That'd give me about 500-600. Oh, and out of that 1400, the adreniline takes 500 outta that. So If i can get my rifle sold, THEN i'll have about 1400.
