Ok I post everything from my phone so I don't know how to change my sig so here it goes.

Curious as to what kind of Horsepower you guys think my SO 03 will put down.

My motor is currently going a major rebuild and it goes pretty much like this
Bored .20 over with Cummins pistons
Head will be aggressively ported with ti retainers,HD springs, and extreme duty push rods and I already have ARP Studs
Hamilton 188/220 with new tappets
Crank was ground and polished
Shot peened 12v rods with ARP bolts
New OEM oil pump
Whole rotating assembly is also being balanced
The short block actually went together Saturday.

That's it so far as the new internal motor upgrades.
Here are the other mods
Will be running a BW 66/73/.91 on a steedspeed mani
150HP nozzles
TC wild rail and cprv
TC 60% cp3 but will be adding his adaptor and line so it will be 120% I believe
AD150
And until I can get EFI for my 03 a S06 for tuning
Ill probably be adding a Snow stg 3 water/meth this summer too.

Did you mean .020 (twenty thousandths) over instead of .200 (two hundred thousandths)?

That will be on the high end of that charger with fuel only. Im at 700 with the same charger and 100hp nozzles.

Do you think more could be squeezed out of this turbo with say billet or possibly a batmo wheel.
Or if I want more just go with a s469 or s471?
That route would probably be cheaper than rebuilding with billet wheel

I know some people don't like II but personally I would go with an II SB 66. Better spooling and will support 800+. Overall I think they perform better than an s471. They have a waste gate and can push 55-60psi.

Yeah but the SB is more than twice the price I paid for my 66 new. Its a non gated turbo but a bought a steed speed with a wastegate flange.
I can still get a 471 a lot cheaper than a SB

The one you have now.

Will I be able to spool it pretty quick with the cam and what not?
Do you think a spool flange will really be benifical? Main reason for wanting one was for towing and and the track.
