Valvoline Premium Blue Extreme. 5W-40 Synthetic

The Valvoline Prem. Blue 5w-40 and the Schaeffers 9000 5w-40, are supposed to be awfully good oils for our 6.0s.

I use amsoil series 3000 5w30 and amsoil filters, Yes its pricey but I get it by the barrel for the commercial price, and the filters by the case. Helps alittle price

I run Total Quartz 5W30 Synthetic. Best oil I've ever tried. Also use Amsoil bypass kit.
