Whats the oil that is best to break a new cam/motor in on?

The best scenario is
1) use a high quality assembly lube
2) use a quality oil( no golden state, no "break in oils")
3) if you can find marine 15-40 with high zinc use it
4) I like to use any one of these GM EOS, ZDDP+, Or Nitrolube
all are awsome for helping the film strength of todays oils
5) Take it easy for 10 miles or so
6) retorque head/Check lash.
