what parts to rob from a 6.0l engine?

I swaped a 04 6.0l engine at work this week that runs really nice but has a blown egr cooler and 250,000 km's, the company had a smashed up low mile 06 so they shiped that engine up and just had me do a re&re. I have a 2004 6.0l and I was wondering what I should rob of the old motor to keep/sell, I have the 06 turbo and ficm, should i pull heads, injectors or?? Thanks!

Heads -- check if they are cracked
04 HPOP
FICM
04 oil manifolds
Injectors
intake manifold --- Adam probably wants this
Y-pipes
Turbo

Are probably the most important stuff. But lately people have been able to move most of the components in the engine.
