What problems do these Diablo puck tuners tend to have?

I just picked this truck up last week and it has a Diablo Puck tuner under the hood. It looks like the first version they ever made and has no numbers left on it. The truck ran great all the way back from Houston and blows no smoke at all. seemed to get great mileage as well as it was well into the mid twenties all the way back. Should I screw with it or not?

What are you planning to do with the truck?
 
Just run it! Seems to run awesome. I just have heard nothing on these and am curious as to what they do other than raise the power by 40 horse.
 
timing box, i had one a few years back, i liked it for what it was
