what the best 2.6 or 2.8 charger for a 24v?

just wanting some opinions. im running a dragon fire vp44 right now but will be going p-pump in the future. im running a high tech 66mm right now (for sale) as a 2.6 but wanting to go bigger as either a 2.6 charger or just step up to a 2.8. looking at an s400.

2.6 II silver66 or s465 has became the turbo to have this year for pulling.
2.8 contact scheids, haisley or CDS those guys all build some wicked s400's
