what to do bout these codes?!!

Got two codes show up the other day on the truck! They were P0236, and P0483. What are they and how to fix them? Thanks for any input!

P0483 Cooling Fan Speed , P0236 MAP Sens Too Hi Too Long .Replace MAP Sensor, 483 could be wiring or clutch. Check All Connections and wiring.
