He says the gears/planets are aluminum. I have not confirmed for myself though.

Sorry to hear that, I'm not saying it is unbreakable just stating facts. Their are lots of 2.8/3.0 trucks with 1000-1200hp running the 241dhd and having great luck.

Good point here, you can break one on anything, i might be running one of my 3.0 truck this year, at least until i can go profab:bang

May have to have different drive shaft. Depends on what you had in the truck before. Yokes could be different as well. But I say DHD also.:rockwoot:
