what valve springs?

I took the motor out and I'm putting in new main and rod bearings, while it is out i was going to also put in some valve springs so I can run the motor 4k or higher. What are the springs that everyone are using to do so. Any help would be great!:Cheer:

The two most popular brands are F1 and Hamilton for most of the guys around here, F1's have been out the longest of the two and have a good record and Hamiltons have been out for a lil while now with good reports as well.

We have F1's Sportsmans in stock if you decide to go that route.
