What would cause this huge draw.

I have 2 brand new batteries and a new alternator and I keep on getting a low voltage code. All clamps are tight and clean. My instrument cluster appears to have some dead lighting for the speedometer but I didn't think that would have a big enough draw to have to charge my batteries from sitting over night.
Any info on where to start looking would be extremely grateful.
