you used "Bigger" injectors as cores for another vendor to modify?

Could they still be done, or do the builders need "Stock" size injectors to start with?

How are the people who have tried more than one vendors injectors able to try, or run other vendors injectors? Are they just paying the heavy "Core Charge"?

I need a set of injectors ASAP...and for the love of GOD, I can't get ahold of the vendor to see when they will be done.

I'm running out of time here, and really need to come up with a solution...Fast!!

Vendors...PM me with any type of possible solution you may have.$.02:thankyou2:

Unfortunately that Vendor seems to be notorious about that. Yes you can is the answer to your question.

Tim, you should just give me your to "Test":poke:.....I'm from the North too ya know...:hehe:

I talk to Ryan the other day he still isnt doing 6l injectors. He still has to do some testing on his new nozzle set up. Then when he does do them he is only doing 190 and 225s

I got some core to start with:cheer:

try elite he does have some in stock but i dont know what size your looking for. my 190s have been flawless.

Is it really as difficlut to put injectors in as i have heard. IE lifting the cab, removing front clip tearing the whole top of the engin apart? I've helped with 2 sets of cummins injectors but i can tell it's now way in the same ball park.

Just call Ron at Hypermax. I know he has a couple of sets built and ready to go.

No, you don't have to pull the front end, or the cab, just to put injectors in.

Passenger side boost tube, valve cover....unplug injector wiring harness.
Drivers side air intake stuff, FICM, valve cover...unplug injector wiring harness.
HPO rail on both sides...pull injectors out.

Just a little more time consuming the first, and second time around.

Thanks for the clarification. We have 3 6.0's in my circle of friends and i was hoping not to be the guinne pig when it comes time to put some in.

The driver side was cake but the pass side went slower just because im right handed and theres less space to work in.

Update:

I opened up an E-mail from Josh this morning.
He said he just finished buttoning them up last night, and will be shipping them out today. (Hope I get a Tracking number)

He said he found metal shavings in two of the injectors spool valves, causing them to miss-fire.:bang

That, I believe would be my fault, not Josh's.

With all the machining that was done to the heads, and me drilling out the metric fuel ports on the heads, and installing NPT fittings...I thought I cleaned them better than that.:kick:

If I get them in the next couple of days...I'm RUNNING AT THE AUGUST BLACK OUT!!!!! Thank You Josh.:thankyou2:
