Whats it worth?

Found a truck thinking about looking at. My question is whats a fair price on the truck. I used a formula i found on here for buying performance type vehicles. I used 2/3 of book value + 50% mods = sale price.

Truck is a 2012 2500 Laramie 4x4 with 30k miles. List of mods:

Lets see some numbers, right now the way i figure using the formula above im around $43K

I think that's plenty fair! Might be a bit low. If I was in the market, I'd give 45k for it....
