Whats needed for 800-850 hp

Here's what i'm running as of now
Beta 4.3
flux 3.5
htt 62/71/13ss over s475
floor it stg 2 (evil twins next month)

Just wondering if the twins will support 800-850 hp if i upgrade to flux 4.5-5.1s
and if not would a s480 under the htt 62 get me there?

This is my daily driver and the only time i'v ever ran the smarty over sw# 3 was at Mid Atlantic Dyno Day

All i want is a decent dyno truck
 
s480 on the bottom. slightly bigger injectors, dual pumps. Ditch the 4.3 file and go with the TNT file

1st of all, it depends on the dyno. On some dynos, what you have will get you there.

You should be able to reach 800 with flux 4's. 62/s480 should be plenty of air to get you there.

You'll need a pressure box if you don't already have one.

800 is possible with smarty 4.2 dual cp3 tst twin cp3s and a t70/t116 all on flux 3s
 
I figured you'd be there ready. I'm 20hp lower than you on 90's a stock cp3 and a 66

I'm currently chasing an issue with my truck but when it was running right and I ran the 11.47@117.88 , the HP calculator said it was right at 790 rwhp..Thats right inline with Dunbars dyno numbers as well.....Here's what I was running..

7300 lbs race weight - Diesel ONLY!

Dual cp3's
Flux 3.3's
Smarty TNT/R
MP8
62/71/13ss over S480 race cover
FASS 95gph
F1 Billet H2 Cam
Hamiton V. springs and bilet push tubes
 
These are the ideas i got to hit 800-850 hp

upgrade the s475 to a s480
upgrade to around a flux 4.5
F1 cam and springs
evil twins
TNT Tune
I wouldn't mind running a little water too.

That should work but like said above, You'll need a pressure box / module of some kind...

Water will be a GOOD idea for Flux 4.5's+
 
That is not correct. They have a separate part number.

1110301 is 03-04

1110302 is 04.5 and 05

1110303 is 06 and 07

They used to just sell one style and had the jumpers in different locations for different applications. I have not looked closely at the new ones to see if that is still the case or not. I asked one of the reps and he said it had to be reflashed with a different tune to go from an 05 to and 06 and that they charge $50 to do it. Sure hope he is not full of it.

Whats everybody think about the ARP 2000's and the SB 3600 12 puck clutch, WILL THEY HOLD OR NOT?
 
oh.... hmm... i had a 03-04 box and i needed ot to be reflashed for my 06 so I sent it in.. i thought he said 04 and up are diff.... maybe he meant 05 and 06 are diff.. to.. good info though..
 
I bought my mp-8 from a guy with an '03 and its been working fine on my '06 for 3 years. Haven't seen a need to get it reflashed yet it does what I think its supose to.

if he doesnt want the 4.3's i'll be interested in them, as long as a silver bullet can handle them for now.
