What's the best cam out there for a DD w big turbo's and injectors?

I wasted 3 hrs of life reading all kinds of threads about this cam vs that cama nd came up with jack . Has anyone installed or used a few different one's? I have industrial's race twins, 200 hp injectors and I can run it on the street with my smarty at 5. Haven't added the dr. P yet. I think I have a maxspool 2 now. Is there anything out there that will give me the best spool up? I'm at a higher elavation so I'm looking for whatever cam is gonna help this thing clear up the smoke and get out of the hole the fastest without having to change a turbo out...thanks
