Ive noticed the outside of my driver side tire is wearing alot faster. The alignment is dead on. It only does this on the driver side. Could it be a dragging wheel bearing or something else?

Unlikely. Ball joints tight?

I would think so, how do i check? Jack it up and wiggle? When it got aligned the guys said the whole front end has been gone thru its a 2wd btw. Could it be a alignment issue, i just thought it wasnt cause the other tire isnt wearing weird. This all just happened when i put the 17" rims on.

it is very likely. I have seen it so bad that it had the rotor rubbing the part of the spindle by where the caliper mounts. The guy brought it to us saying that when it turned one way it would squiek and the brakes would get hot.

If you have to replace the hubs go to rockauto.com they have them for half price of local parts store and are the same timkin part numbers.

Oops, i didnt see that you had a two wheel drive and i havent worked on the front end of one.

Jack up the front end and put it on jack stands to where the tires are bout 3" off the ground. Get you a 2"x4" fairly long and pry up and down. See if you get some play.
