Ok, it started the other day when I decided to check the valve's and tightened the exhaust side to .015. Took truck for drive and within a couple minutes white smoke started coming out the exhaust. Got truck home popped hood and oil coming out back of turbo. Pulled turbo off no oil in the manifold so figured bad seal in turbo. Put an stock H2E on the truck, started up everything looked ok, drove it to work, smelled a little antifreeze and noticed some on passenger side floor, so I figured the heater core that I just replaced 3yrs ago was leaking. This morning I decided to swap out the H2E for another HX-35 and also took the exhaust valves back to .018. Started truck up looked ok for a minute and then noticed the oil drain was leaking, tightened the clamp and still leaking, almost like it's not draining and backing up. Stepped around side of truck and notice a good size puddle of oil under truck. Got up underneath it and it's running down side of block. So it appear's that I popped the headgasket or maybe the side cover, it's hard to see back the p-pump is in the way. This is hard to figure out, the head is o-ringed and studs, and hasn't seen over 35psi. Can anyone make light of all this?

The oring and studs contain the cyclinder pressure not the oil pressure. What kind of oil pressure?

When you first start it up, probably around 80-90, then when it warms up stays around 60psi.

hows the valve cover gasket look? i know its something stupid but it can be overlooked when removing/reinstalling.

Valve cover looks good. It's either the side cover or head, I'm leaning toward the side cover, trying to round up some tools to pull the pump.
