Where is a p pump serial number located?

Just bought a used p pump, want to check serial numbers and call builder to confirm advertised information about pump. not sure where the serial numbers are located.... There is an id tag on the driverside of the pump that is riveted to pump and the paint is wiped clean and there doesnt appear to be any numbers associated with this tag.... Found one of the AFC bolts snapped off in the pump and now I am a bit nervous about the pump...

Thanks!! this tag was painted over and someone prior to me wiped the paint off and there doesnt seem to be any numbers on this tag.......
