Where to hook up wastegate supply line on twins

Im runnin he351/ht3b compounds and im curious on where to run the wastegate actuator hose. I see some kits such as ATS use the low pressure to open the wastegate and others just leave it hooked to the high pressure side. Is there an advantage either way? And should i replace my wastegate actuator aith the afe one or just shorten the rod on my stock one?

On the high side as you want to start opening the gate at about 10lbs to drive the primary.
