Which Cam would be best

Which Cam would be best for a full blown 2.6 12V engine and which one would be best for a full blown 2.6 CR engine both looking at around 4200 rpm down the track... I have called the shop and I either got 2 different answers on 2 different calls or I misunderstood someone...
