Which Cam???

I have been looking at cams and can't decide which 1 to go with. I have a stage II floor-it, flux 2s, smarty, AD165, and will be going with a garrett gtx3788r when they come out. I was thinking the big stick would be best, but what all else do I need to go with it? I'm assuming springs will be needed. My truck is an 06 6spd.

Our 181/210 on a 105LSa will make it spool great and have the lowest all around egts as well as reduced smoke and increased fuel economy. A set of springs would be nice to do at the same time. That combo should provide enough air for plenty of HP.

I have the 181/210 love it I lost alot of egt's and made great power. also run zach's springs and push rods.
