Which turbos meet a 2.9 rule

Ok so after our club meeting and maybe wanting to switch classes to a 2.9 single charger can anyone tell me which turbos out there meet that rule and still spool decent?

A 2.8 s400 is a good shot, but I think spooling well will be subjective.

All of them.
No such ting as a turbah bigger than 2.65 inches.

There are S400SX 2.8's that spool real well. PM me for answers.
