Who built this dual disc clutch?

I picked up a 2002 Cummins a while back that had this clutch hanging on the back of it.
It appears to be usable, but the disc hubs are extremely worn and I was considering sending them in to (whomever to) get the hubs replaced, if I don't give up on the project and sell the thing off, first. LOL

By the looks of it I would say its a Kenny clutch. Not an expert by any means but I've never seen a Kentucky that looks like that
 
There are a lot of little shops that could have rebuilt a Kenny.... Like Tennessee clutch in Nashville? Is that possible?
 
I'll be the first to say that I have almost NO CLUE on this stuff, which is why I am asking.
There's little tags on the discs, but nothing is readable and the ink numbers are part numbers of the disc core supplier, which I doubt would get me the replacement splined hubs, since this is probably hand assembled according to application, without the hub.
