Who's truck?

Yeah, he pulls out here, I think the truck is out of Wyoming. P-pump with twins, not real big chargers either if I remember right.

Had a lot of headgasket issues this last year. Runs good when it stays together.

Yep that was the last pull of the year. Chose the slower gear cause there wasn't anything to bite on. Should have just ran the big one. Blew a radiator hose at the end so I clutched it. I tried walking it out a bit to get some traction but as soon as I got into it, they just broke loose. It was just a for fun pull anyhow. I did like seeing 6 tires smoke though!!:rockwoot:

Holly Crap... how long is this track?

WAY OFF TOPIC-SORRY!

Well I was the only "super street" truck there. Most were mild 2.8 trucks. It was an open class for the fun of it. If I remember correctly we clutched it at 370 or something. 2nd was like 80 feet behind. Like I said it was just for fun to end the year.

Thats Jason Stott's truck. Believe he is from Wyoming and pulls with united pullers. Truck is going to be a runner for sure when he gets the bugs worked out. Super good guy too.

he ran that truck last year with a mostly stock motor, head was not o-ronged or fire ringed. he had a stock head gasket on there if i remember correctly. its a p-pumped cr motor and the chargers that he had were not that big either. he is from the rock springs wyoming area

Yikes, someone needs to give him the book on preventative maintenance!

he was trying to run the truck last year with a pretty limited budget. i think he blew 3 head gaskets before he finally melted a few pistons. he has a built engine for it this next year. 2009 was the first year he had pulling tires on it so he was getting used to the truck.

Can't wait for the new pulling year! Jasons truck back, the new 8V92 in the 2 pycho truck, moonlight, Russes Dt466, Dominators new truck. Going to be a great year of pulling with some great guys. I hear there might be something WILD in the works also!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :evil Leave you all hanging with that one. Plus Mr BBD might be coming to play also.

I have been sending a lot tube frame pictures out that way :)

How do you think the 8V92 will hold up against the the little 6 cyclinder 5.9?

BBD

He has always ran really good. Plus this new engine is 1 of 2 the other is in a semi that they claim is running high tens in the 1/4. Should be a great season. Its a fun class with all the different engine combos. 2 8V's a Dt466 and the rest cummins.

what the hell is the deal with all the sparks coming from under the sled? never seen that before or a tri axle sled but thats a different story lol

The sparks are coming from all the nasty sharp rocks on the bottom of the sled
Just think about what the tires look like
The third axle is a steer axle for the sled to drive itself back Sled has been around along time

Sorry glad we left Anthony

Well you had new tires. I had old junkers on there so wasn't worried about it. You didn't miss much. Wasn't a whole lot to get a hold of. By the time we pulled I was ready to head out. It was freezing!
