Will a 6.9 turbo kit work on a 7.3?

A friend of mine is wantung to put a turbo kit on her 93 5 speed 7.3 truck and another friend of mine has a 6.9 with a turbo kit on it, will everything swap over to the 7.3???

Yep, they are the exactly the same engine on the out side.
