i have got a S400. 74mm exhaust wheel, 1.10ar housing. i have 2 comp housing and wheels 1 is 71mm and 1 is 74mm. i am using the 74mm comp housing on it know as the bottom turbo of my twin. will that turbo work good as a single. if i do it it will have a 5'' down pipe. a 5'' inlet pipe to the filter. and a 3.5 inter cooler pipe. how do yhall think it will be on the street? it not a daily driver but i do like to take it out from time to time. i am run a 64/71/14 as a top and 74/74/1.10 as the bottom and it spools supper fast now. but i dont want to run twin if i am going to pull alot. i have got lots of fuel. 13mm duel feed pump, 5x.022 duel feeds,5x.018 big feeds, and DDP stage 4's, .120 lines, 1/2'' lines from tank to pump, fass 150/200, SDP intercooler. tranny is full billit HTS, suncoast 89%. 3.54 r&p with 315/75/16 on duels. any help would be great.

Your not going to like driving that 1.10 A/R housing on the street, its going to be pretty lazy.

You won't even like it on the track either. I have a similar sized charger that has some work done to it, with a .9 a/r housing, and it still takes me 15-20 seconds or so to build boost on the line. If you had a manual with that a/r you might be ok, but not with an auto. Your gonna have to be able to see probably 2000 rpm no boost stall, before the charger will start to light.

PS my charger is for sale

what is the best streetable single there is? here is pics of the std s400 on the right and the s400sx4 on the left.

Yea I can get t4's, but the sx series are supposed to have a better compressor wheel at least I have been told.
