got a 99 dually. headlights are really dim. like you can barely tell they are on. so i checked all the fuses and what not and thought maybe it was just a bad ground. i pull all the grounds off and clean them then reinstall. nothing. check all the fuses again start looking for broken wiring. nothing. then i noticed that when i unplugged one bulb the other one got bright. plug it back in and back to dim. also when i move the driver side plug the trailer wiring relay will click. im not sure if its related to the wiring issue that the truck just had in the dash. but the trailer package wiring under the dash melted down awhile back and the guy i got the truck from didnt want to fix it so i put another dash in it to take care of the problem. any idea's? got some other stuff to do so not sure if ill get back on for awhile. if not shoot me a text. thanks 765 635 3942

Well, You could wire up some relays for the headlights or get a relay harness as long as its putting out enough voltage to trigger the relay and you would get even brighter headlights to boot.
