Wiring loom question.

I have a wiring loom that crosses under my fan that has been chewed up. My question is what does it go to? I've tried tracking it with no luck. My drivers head light is also dimmer than the other but the wires do not lead to the head lights. Thanks.
 
My '95 had a harness there for the driving lights that it did not have. The dim headlamp issue is probably a bad connector or poor ground.
 
That could be it i guess. Did yours run up under the battery on both sides?
 
Could be 4x4 indicator wiring...?? My fog light wiring was run across behind the bumper, in front of radiator.
