ok, so im running a 1999 intercooler in my cummins swaped ford, ive got an HX super 40 running 40psi of boost, and i just cam across an intercooler from an 05 ford with the 6.0. My question is, is it worth swapping the early all aluminum i/c for the new plastic tanked one? im just looking for a bit more efficiency and it looks like the newer one is a bit bigger. thanks
