HAve you tried the diagnosis in the link I posted, or are you going to swap in an ECM & have the dealer flash it, when it could just be a loose connection. NOT saying it isn't the ECM, but, 1 hour's time could save you some money & frustration.
Firstly, I would check all battery & ground connections (Clean all corrosion & use Silicone-dielectric grease, then pull ALL connectors apart to inspect, clean, grease & cycle 3 times, then put together with authority.
Do you have .3VAC from the alternator or more? That creates an issue, too. Have you SEPERATELY load tested your batteries (FULLY disconnecting from system, then load testing)?
All things to do before swapping out the ECM.
