Wont shift from 1st gear at w.o.t.

Alright so I have the Smarty TNT/R stacked with the hot edge juice with attitude, and obviously the timing is off in the smarty, but when you launch the truck its pins the rpms to 4,000 and wont shift until you let out of it. I have the shift limiter off in the smarty as well. Whats your guys opinions? Trucks an 03 and I have a dunrite torque converter and valve body.
 
Well sounds like the Dunrite was DunWRONG!!! LOL

It could be just as simple as a bad / dirty Gov. Pres. Solenoind.....Change it first!!!
 
Check the TV cable, then also check the tranny speed sensor.
 
Alright thanks guys. Where do I check the sensor at and the TV cable? sorry not exactly the best on knowledge when it comes to the tranny
