wont start

truck started to skip on a 20 mile drive. when I got home it was barley running so I change the fuel filter with a air dog 165 system. I when to start it and it just pops on one cylinder maybe.I have fuel to the cp3. It does not seem to be under high pressure on the fuel rail. I need help?:bang

mods? take the egr valve off and see if it starts and runs okay, if it does the throttle valve is bad
