Would anyone be kind enough to help me with timing?

Hey guys my Ppump conversion almost put together and I have no experience with timing and didnt know if anyone would be kind enough to walk me through the steps on how to get timing set and what * its set at. Do I need to get timing tool/gauge or whatever is need to get it done? Thanks for your help in advaced.
 
Im runnin $hity 250hp nozzles but want to get DDp 200-250s. I thought mabey 19*-22*to start off. 4k GSK with 022 DVs and .093 lines
 
gonna be watching this one for when i do my swap. I know if you search in the 94-98 section there are a few write ups but i read threw them and they are pretty confusing and not that clear IMO
 
I bought a kit from Got-tourque. I think it is just a better idea to get it where you want it than worry about where it's at.
