Would nitrous help? watch vid

a small shot might help but doesnt look like you have any fuel left to burn.

I dont think it is going to help much you are very clean but hey i dont know anything about nitrous hope you get more answers to your nitrous question then i did.

Yeah the truck runs SUPER CLEAN at the track-- esp with some spool at the line.

single stg 3 cp3 isnt keeping up.
 
I think you can definitely pick up some power with it as is, you might be surprised how much.
 
You need more fuel. In your situation nitrous would be a waste, and you would more than likely burn a piston or two in the process. Work on getting a lot more fuel (injectors, CP3, FASS, or an Air Dog). Not trying to discourage you at all, your just not ready for the NOS just yet. Gary
 
I agree with wrongway, you need more fuel to be able to hit nitrous effectively. After all nitrous is just air it isn't flammable at all, so you need to have the fuel to match the air or there will be no gain.That is a pretty good 12.xx run though pretty impressive to go that fast so clean. Get some more fuel to that thing then crank the nitrous to it.

has 75% extrude honed nozzles
stage 3 cp3 (not keeping up- rail guage shows 20K):doh:
fass 200
with a bunch of other stuff

-looking for some dual cp3

Wrongway- how would it burn a piston or 2 if didnt have enough diesel?

what programing are you running my II85% cp3 is keeping up with 200 hp sticks from II, but before i put the mp8 on it i would loose rp too. I agree you dont need any spray yet.

i would look at dual's cp3 then bad duval had a duel set up he was trying to move cheap beens he parting his truck out. you might find it on here and see if he's sold it yet if i remember correct he was asking $1500 for them. your truck run's very clean compared to mine. when spooling mine it smokes really bad.
 
what are your turbos?

mine are 64/s480-- vid spool is probably 10-20 psi (wont make any more then 20psi at line)
 
I bet nitrous would help... you can still pick up power even if you're clean out the pipe. you won't be able to run a boatload of it, but it'll help
 
I gaurantee you can gain with nitrous.
My truck runs high tens on fuel only "clean".
It runs low tens on nitrous, also clean.
A few years ago we made 500hp on fuel only @ barely 1200 degrees, when we put the nitrous to it we made 665hp, so it can be done.
If you put too much nitrous it will just shut the motor off. Be careful restarting it as it will back fire and scare the carp out of you. Ask me how I know :)

so I will take out the 150 jet and start with the 50 jet and then work up from there.
