i have a cover for a first gen motor. will that work?

Unfortunately I don't think that it will, maybe someone else will chime in here, but I don't think that it has the same holes that I need to mount the CPS and some other items, but maybe I'm wrong. Thanks for thought tho.

It only fits the ve. Diff gear housing.
