WTB: 6.0 powerstroke manual pcm

I am in need of a manual transmission pcm for a swap that I am working on. To my knowledge (I am no expert) it needs to be from a zf6 6.0 powerstroke truck for one but that it also needs to be an electronic shift on the fly. Perhaps someone can enlighten me as to whether there are pcm program differences between the 6.0 zf6 2x4/manual transfer cases vs 6.0 zf6 electronic transfer cases.
