WTB: Dodge Hydro boost hard lines

I need the two short hard lines that come out of the top and side of the hydroboost unit and connect to the high pressure lines. The dealership doesnt list numbers for them as they come with the hydroboost.

Thanks for the link. Just to be clear...this is NOT what im looking for. I actually bought this exact kit. I need the short (4" to 5") hard lines that come out of the hydroboost unit itself and connect to the lines pictured in the link above.
