WTB: Good 24v / CR Bottom End

blew the bottom end out of my truck looking for a short block, possibly long block 24 valve or common rail. Just need the block and rotating assembly. No cam turbo injection pump timing case or any of that is needed. Thanks

I just cracked open a "core" 2003 5.9 Comm Rail engine that I wish I hadn't.
It appears to be a very, very low miles 2003 and it's about as pristine inside as any used Common Rail engine I have ever seen.

I also have some other 5.9 CR parts and a couple of VP shortblocks.
The VPs probably need bored.

Located in southern ohio, what are you asking for the cr engine?

I'll take $800 as a shortblock, with a pan, pick-up tube, timing case and cover.
I don't trust the '03-'04 heads because of the dropping seat issues and this one had physical damage to the fuel bowl mounting area OF THE HEAD, anyway.

Shipping will be the killer.
