I couldn't find anything on RockAuto but I did find this:

It's a connector for an Idle Air Control Valve on a Dodge gasser. Looks like it may work. The ACDelco part number is PT2296. You can zoom in on the image here for more detail:

That might work if I needed the Map sensor plug. I need the IAT sensor plug.

This is what RockAuto shows as the "2003 DODGE RAM 2500 PICKUP 5.9L L6 DIESEL Turbocharged : Emission : Air Temperature Sensor"

Is that not it? I have a 12V so I don't know what it looks like. Just trying to help you out.

Yea that is it except the plug on the IAT is a male plug that goes over the sensor not just inside. Also the senor plug "port" is not exactly oval, it is rounded on one side and squared off on the other. Im going to try another mopar dealer and see if they can help.. Thanks for looking though.
