Hey guys Im in need of a power steering vacuum pump for my 01. Let me know if you have anything.

With or without hydro assisted brakes?
I have an H/A one off a '97, which may or may not be the same.
I also have several from vac assisted brakes, as well.

The J/Y book says 2001-1002 interchanges, but they don't differentiate between V/A or H/A and they are definitely different, both in appearance and in functionality.

In what way do they look diff.? The one I need has a Vac line coming off the vacuum pump and then 2 high pressure lines coming off the back of the fluid tank and 1 that must be a return? Dont know if this helps?
 
By your description it's a hydroboost, which IIRC is the only way the '01-'02 trucks were built.
I dug a bit deeper and the POWER STEERING pump for H/A equipped trucks is pretty much the same clear from @ '97 through '02, but the vacuum pump is '01 -'02 only, because it's much smaller in size.

My 1997 H/A one may work just fine, it may not, I don't know what the limitations on size are as far as fitment are concerned.

Try looking it up on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market there were a few listings for your year on there.
