WTF????

ok here is the deal. came home this weekend and dads 01 auto cummins witha puck was acting up. if it is in nuetral it will idle fine but if you put it in drive and take off it runs and when you let off it dies???
the two codes are 1762 1763

the batteries are brand new, we just put then in.
i dont have any idea, but my geuss is the apps or tps

The codes are for a gov press sensor voltage. Sounds like a loose/frayed electrical connection.

also when i am setting at idle in nutrual its fine but if you put it in to drive it will pull down and kill it. if i put it in to 1st gear it will idle fine and manualy shift through the gears it acts normal.
