So its a full Mormon flange, and is missing the wastegate actuator anything else a guy should know thinking it will bolt right on???

Yep it has a Morman flange that's how they were made back in the day.
It never had a wastegate but will easily adapt to a drive pressure type WG from E.D. or BullsEye. The wastegate flapper is currently held closed by an allen bolt. I used the turbo for towing in the Rky Mtns and never saw more than 40-42 psi so I never bothered to put a WG on it.
It will bolt right up to a second Gen Truck.
I've got more detailed pics of the compressor and turbine wheels if anyone is interested.
