zddp oil additive-- needed

where is the best place to get a few bottles of the zddp? I am going to be firing up a new motor in a week or so and I am in need of it. I can get it locally but prefer to support the vendors. who has it in stock?? Rob

if ur tappets are not coated u will be needing it for every oil change

not just break in

some racing oil still has zinc

have you ever used there engine break in additive? and/or there 15w40 oil that is high in TBN?? Rob

Then again I am no expert. I decided it was good enough for Haisley to sell so I went for it and it can be found locally.

There are some really good zinc additives on the market and then there are some that are a sham. Test whatever you use to make sure you are protected and then stick with that product, regardless of the name on the bottle.
