Zex Nitrous Kit

I am thinking of running a zex nitrous kit on my truck. I am thinking of a smaller shot maybe 50-75hp shot. I am just wondering how bad it will hurt, if at all, my motor if just running it on the weekends...lol.. here is my truck
1999.5 F350 Extended Cab Dually 7.3 Powerstroke- BD 4"turbo back exhaust, AFE Stage 2, Dieselsite boostfooler, westerndiesel gauges( tranny, boost, egt), zoodad mod, DP Tuner 6position (stock, 60tow, 80econ., 120 race, 140smoke/cam lope, HI) I would get my chip reburnt for it if I did go through w/ it. Any input?

From what i understand, nitrous on a diesel is fairly safe on small shots like this. If you add to much nos then it just bogs the truck. All it really does is adds air. And a colder air charge. Kinda like a liquid turbo...
