The ZZ Custom manifold for the Cummins engine was developed to allow for the ability to gain access to the intake ports for porting and to open the end cylinders for better airflow. After a simple machining operation the factory plenum area is removed and machined to accept the ZZ Custom manifold. At this time ZZ Custom realized how efficient it would be to add spray bars into the manifold design to even out distribution through out the entire head.
