Zz Fab Vs> Stock Intake

Has aney one ever dyno or compared a stock head with a port job, to a fully ported head with a ZZ FABRICATION intake. what is the HP gains, EGT drops, SPOOL up, and so on. :thankyou2:

I think the big gain is opening up the end ports on the head to flow much better and keep those cylinders cooler. And just loosing all that restriction is bound to help EGT's and spool up. I plan on setting my truck up the same this spring as it was last year with the single turbo but with the ported head and taking to the dyno and see what the difference it made.

the rail is mounted in the same location as stock, so the lines are the same

Hellmann Performance also makes a intake, and its cheaper than ZZ's

^^^ And it is Billet as opposed to flat plate pieces welded together.

Toolman "above" also makes them. Nicer than ZZ and comparable to what Hellmann makes. One billet piece turned into one bad a$$ plenum. I think his may be less than everyone's or close. Soon as I have the chance, he'll be making one for my truck !
