My daily driver a 99 24v did it this morning I started it up fine and when I started driving the motor ran away and I threw it in nuteral and shut it off. Now it won't start what could be the issue I have no idea were to start

I bought the truck with a glowshift 3 in 1 gauge in it and all the wires are run but the only thing registering is the egts the boost and trans temp are not reading i dont know how to diagnose what the problem is can someone help
I have a 5130 maxum that has a 12 valve cummins non Turbo in it. A 5140 is a 12 valve with a turbo. Could anybody tell me how hard it would be to turbo the 5130 ?
