Are you still making A/c line for the 1991 dodge d350 intercooled?

06 5.9 starts fine and idles smoothly for 20-30 seconds and then dies (sounds like as if starved for fuel). restarts fine but only to die again 20-30 seconds later. Replaced FCM and still same behavior. What to check next?
I dont have a scan tool and the key trick is not showing any trouble codes.
