My 02 f-250 recently started to common "knocking" sound when it starts up and when I let off the gas, has anyone swapped the 5.4 for the 6.8? If so, what all does that entail? And how expensive is it My ultimate goal is to put a cummins in it, but unfortunately I don't have the funds for it...
