E99 Auto Transmission

Got a E99 7.3l truck. When i got it, it had a bad engine and the trans was in the box. Put a new engine in it, bolted up the trans (Was supposed to be the trans from the truck) and now none of the Electrical connectors match. On the Truck side i have 2 bigger Oval shaped plugs with round pins and a couple little 2 prong plugs, on the trans I have a Round Plug with round pins(from the Pass side near the pan) and a Oval connector on the Range selector which is smaller than the oval connector on the truck and it has blade style pins.

Do i have the wrong trans?

Last time I had to pull a trans I didn't even look at the plugs. Sorry I'm no help on this one right now.

ended up pulling the trans and buying a different one, Installed and finally got the truck started and it started to dump ATF out the trans pan gasket once it warmed up
